BSc (Hons) Strength & Conditioning Science | MSc Sports Therapy (Distinction) | Level 3 Personal Trainer

Sports Therapist & Strength & Conditioning Coach

Molly is one of the most highly qualified and well-rounded trainers you’ll meet. With a First-Class degree in Strength and Conditioning Science and a Distinction in MSc Sports Therapy from St Mary’s University, she bridges the gap between rehabilitation, performance, and personal training with genuine expertise.

Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2013, Molly has worked with a wide range of clients – from everyday gym-goers and new exercisers to recreational and elite youth athletes. Her sessions blend scientific precision with a friendly, motivating approach, ensuring every client feels supported, confident, and inspired to achieve real results.

As a highly experienced strength athlete herself, Molly understands training from the inside out. She’s meticulous about biomechanics and movement quality, teaching proper form and safe progression so clients can build strength with confidence and avoid injury.

Her clients consistently praise her for being incredibly caring, supportive, and encouraging – someone who listens, motivates, and genuinely wants the best for every person she works with.

Molly’s approach perfectly reflects Azzurro’s ethos – combining clinical understanding, empathy, and evidence-based coaching to help people move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence in their body.
