Our Strength & Conditioning programmes involve an evidence-based and systematic approach to physical training, which includes:

If you’re fed up with feeling stiff, sore, or fragile, or you’ve been holding back out of fear of making things worse – this is for you.

Our Physio-Fitness pathway helps you move more freely, build strength, and reduce pain safely.

You’ll start with one of our Physiotherapists, who’ll thoroughly assess your movement and strength, identify what’s holding you back, and build a plan to help you *reclaim confidence* in your body.

Then, you’ll progress into strength and rehab-based sessions in our private studio – they look like personal training, but with clinical precision and care.

You’ll finally be able to do the things you love again – without pain or fear holding you back.

PLEASE NOTE:

All sessions start with a Strength & Movement Assessment – a one-to-one assessment with one of our Physiotherapists or Sports Therapists.

We’ll check your joints, mobility, and movement patterns to find the safest, most effective starting point for your body – so you can move freely and confidently from day one.

If you know you need to get stronger for your health, posture, or bone density, but you’re unsure where to start – or you simply prefer a private, supportive studio over a crowded gym – this is for you.

Our Starting Strength Programme teaches you the foundations of safe, effective strength training.

You’ll work one-to-one with a Movement Specialist, learning proper technique, improving coordination and balance, and becoming what we call anti-fragile – stronger, more capable, and more confident each week.

This helps us design the perfect programme for your ability and goals, so you can build strength safely and confidently without fear of doing it wrong.

If you’ve done some Personal Training before and want to take your performance and results to the next level, this pathway is for you.

We combine expert coaching with data-driven feedback – using the latest tech like *force plates* and dynamometry to measure your strength, symmetry, and control.

You’ll see your progress on screen as your performance improves – it’s incredibly motivating watching those numbers rise over time.

Prefer a simpler, feel-based approach? No problem – every session is tailored to you.
