Molly has been a qualified personal trainer since October 2013 and has since complete a degree in strength and conditioning science with first class honours as well as more recently a Masters in Sports Therapy. Molly is one of the most highly qualified Trainers you’ll ever meet. She has a vast amount of coaching and training experience having worked with variety of clients ranging from everyday gym goers, recreational athletes and elite youth athletes. It is Molly’s passion to transform your life through exercise whilst giving you vital nutritional support. She recognises the importance of making exercise challenging and uses the most current scientific evidence to maximise training adaptations that underpin your goal.
